The Ella Valley Wineries produce two series of premium wines:

Ella Valley - A quality brand, which has become very popular among wine aficionados at home, in restaurants and in wine shops, both among critics and among wine journalists in Israel and abroad. The series includes most of the types of wine produced by the Ella Valley Wineries, from various harvest years.

Vineyard's Choice - This is the Wineries' luxury brand. It uses the most exclusive grapes, which are picked in the best vineyards. This wine has undergone a long aging process, both in barrels and in bottles, prior to its release on the market. Each year, the winemaker decides which wines will be attributed the exclusive and binding VC label, which is why this series includes different wines each year.
